A New Mexico mom and her son are facing animal cruelty charges after they stuffed their new puppy in a Ziploc bag and then posted a photo of it to Facebook.
Mary Snell, 44, and her son, Britton James Engel, 21, were arrested in Bernalillo County on Sunday after an animal loving tipster spotted the pic and called the cops, KRQE TV reported.
